What We Do
Our mission is to empower you to feel strong and confident in your body not only as you progress through your pregnancy, but as you recover from birth. We provide you with safe and effective workouts that are designed with your core and pelvic floor in mind. We use a combination of fitness styles; ranging from pilates and core foundations to resistance training and conditioning workouts.
We are determined to bring you a community experience where you feel supported, connected, and educated about being active during pregnancy and beyond.
Meet Your Trainers
We are two moms and healthcare professionals that recognized the lack of quality fitness programs for prenatal and postpartum women. Our mission is to provide you with smart and effective workouts that support your pelvic floor and core through every stage of motherhood.
Angela Wallace is a registered dietitian, certified personal trainer, and certified Pilates instructor specializing in women’s fitness and nutrition.
Jessica Doig is a Registered Physiotherapist that specializes in prenatal and postpartum pelvic health.
If there is one thing a pregnant Mama should ask for is a gift of registering for Angela and Jess' program. Both women are extremely knowledgeable in pre/post natal wellness and their passion to guide women through their journey is obvious. The format of the Core Connection program is very flexible and fits any schedule - especially with the live and recorded option. The content is easy to follow and the ladies are always checking in with what participants need/want. They build a sense of community and are motivating to help new or experienced Moms feel a sense of self again. I highly recommend Angela and Jess for any of their program. They are worth it because YOU are worth it!
