  • Prenatal Guide/Ebook (covers topics including exercise during pregnancy, activating and training your core in pregnancy, diastasis recti in pregnancy, exercises to train your core, access to workouts and access to educational exercise videos). 

  • Prenatal Nutrition Guide and Recipe Book (includes information on eating healthy throughout each trimester, a sample meal plan with grocery list, prep guide, and recipes). 

  • 3 Guided workouts each week (pre-recorded) (released every Monday, Wednesday and Friday) 

  • Live Push Prep Seminar (recorded for those who can't make it) : Includes breathing strategies, birth position education and postpartum recovery planning. 

  • 2 mini nutrition webinars (pre-recorded). Topic 1:  Important nutrients through each trimester, Topic 2: supplements to support pregnancy
