Who We Are
Jessica Doig is a Registered Physiotherapist that specializes in prenatal and postpartum pelvic health. She has a background in exercise science with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and a Masters in Physiotherapy. She has always been a strong advocate for women’s health but that passion grew exponentially as she navigated her own pregnancy and postpartum fitness. She wanted to build a program that allowed women to continue to feel strong and athletic throughout their pregnancy but with the appropriate pelvic health considerations and rehabilitation postpartum.
Angela Wallace is a registered dietitian, certified personal trainer, and certified Pilates instructor specializing in women’s fitness and nutrition. She has a bachelors of science degree in food and nutrition and a master’s degree in applied human nutrition. She has taken additional trainings in pre/postnatal fitness, pre/postnatal pilates, TRX, and barre. Angela is passionate about supporting women in their fitness goals during pregnancy and once baby arrives. Based on her personal experiences during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum she truly believes that fitness and connecting to the core makes all the difference. Angela loves teaching pilates and barre inspired classes that will leave you feeling energized, toned, strong, and connected to your core.
